Consumers Association of Singapore

From 1 July 2022, NTUC Members can enjoy a waiver of CASE membership and administrative fees when filing a case with CASE to resolve consumer disputes. This includes assistance with the handling and negotiation of contractual disputes on their behalf.

NTUC Members may seek assistance from CASE by calling 6277 5100 to book an appointment or by submitting via online.

Terms and Conditions:
The fee waiver is applicable only for the case filed and is subject to verification of a valid NTUC membership.
