The formation of STESU

ST Engineering Group was reorganised into two main clusters - Commercial, and Defence & Public Security, which replace the sector-structure of aerospace, electronics, land systems and marine.

ST Engineering Staff Union was formed on the 1 April 2021 to better align the union representation structure with the newly formed business structure so that members’ workplace interests can be better represented.

Union membership is open to all employees of ST Engineering Ltd and its subsidiaries regardless of your grade or designation.
